All Bone Appetit Treats are shipped via USPS priority mail. Since our products contain no preservatives we recommend upon receipt, that your treats should be refrigerated or frozen and then removed from the refrigerator or freezer when you wish to give your dog a treat. Warming takes only a few minutes and storing in the refrigerator or freezer will extend the treats shelf life.
We stand behind our products 100% for quality and nutrition. If you are not satisfied that the product you receive is as stated, please return the unused portion to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

We ship all products via USPS priority mail. Merchandise usually ships within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order, when merchandise is in stock.
Shipping Rates:
US bound Orders total under $30.00 - $7.95
US bound Orders total over $30.00 - $9.95
All Orders outside US - $16.95
Refunds and Exchange Policy:
Customers have 14 days upon receipt of merchandise to request an exchange or issued store credit. Please return merchandise in its original packaging.
Exchanges or issued store credit is for the total amount of merchandise, excluding shipping and handling fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
